Privacy policy
Saturday Fieldcast is a college football scores and information app developed by Chas Nolte. This policy explains what the app stores on your device and what happens when it loads content over the internet.
Information you choose to save
The app saves favorite teams, saved news stories, your selected rankings source, and display settings locally on your device. Saturday Fieldcast does not require an account and does not send these choices to a Fieldcast account or sync them across devices.
Information requested online
To show schedules, scores, rankings, game details, news, projections, and available betting lines, the app requests data from Fieldcast's data service and third-party sports content providers, including ESPN. These services may receive standard network information such as your IP address, device or app information, and the time and content of a request. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
The app also contacts Expo's update service to check for app updates. The request includes a random installation identifier used to deliver and diagnose updates. After an update-related crash, the next update request may include a short fatal-error summary. This technical data is used for app functionality; it is not linked to your identity or used to track you across apps and websites.
Contacting us and opening links
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. News links open outside Saturday Fieldcast; the destination website may collect data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not display ads, use an advertising identifier, or track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. It does not process payments or accept wagers.
Your choices
You can remove locally saved preferences by deleting the app. To ask about a support email you sent, contact noltechas@yahoo.com.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date before or when the change takes effect.
